Hydrotherapy

By using the pools buoyancy, you can complete pain-free movements that can assist in restoring your function and range of movement which is a great treatment tool and will benefit many conditions.

Hydrotherapy can assist with conditions such as:

  • Stroke rehabilitation
  • Parkinsons Disease
  • Conditions that inhibit muscle movements
  • Post operative conditions (total joint replacements, spinal surgeries.
  • Acute injuries (knee , ankle injuries
  • And a lot more!

Medical bracing

If you are having difficulties with a particular knee injury,  and require a medical brace to assist your pain and movement, we can measure and fit custom CTI medical knee braces.

We start by taking a variety of measurements of your knee and around your leg.  These measurements are then sent to a specialist company who makes the brace around an exact mould of your leg.   Once the brace returns, we organise a consultation to fit your brace and ensure it gives you the most comfort.

These braces offer the best protection and are a very high quality carbon fibre material.  Knee braces can help in the following ways:

  • Hyperextension of the knee
  • Preventing unwanted accessory movements
  • Prevents dislocation
  • And more!
If you think you may benefit from a medical knee brace,  contact us for more information

Telehealth consultations

Full comprehensive online physio consultations including; full assessments, treatments along with home exercise and rehabilitation plans. This is designed to be just as effective as a regular hands on consult with manual therapy from a physiotherapist.

Research has shown that to get the long term benefit and full recovery from physiotherapy, it is vital to place importance on the home exercise prescription aspect of the treatment plan as well as the short term hands on therapy- this is why telehealth consultations are a great alternative to hands on consultations.
