Sarah’s Physio To Go is a small family orientated, well-established and growing mobile allied health service, founded in 2021 by Sarah Higgs (physiotherapist). SPTG prides itself on an immaculate reputation built from listening to people’s needs in the community and then growing parallel to what people want in mobile allied health. Our team provides in-home and community-based care across Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
Your opportunity is a community-based mobile role where you’ll work closely with clients in their own homes and community settings, delivering personalised, practical physiotherapy that genuinely improves quality of life.

This is a mobile, community-based physiotherapy role working with NDIS, aged care, and private clients across Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver personalised, functional physiotherapy in clients’ homes and community settings, focusing on real-world outcomes, independence, and quality of life. The role offers flexibility, a supportive team structure, and a consistent caseload designed for sustainable, high-quality care.

Essential Criteria:
• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience in the NDIS space
• Confidence working independently with support available
• A genuine interest in community and client-centred care
• Valid driver’s licence
