POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our innovative and supportive allied health team as a New Graduate Occupational Therapist working in a mobile, community-based setting.
You’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your skills and confidence across a diverse caseload of clients, including children and adults, working in a mobile/community setting across homes, schools, the community, and supported accommodation environments.

This is your chance to build a strong clinical foundation, explore different areas of OT, and be mentored by a team that genuinely values your growth.

ABOUT YOU

You are someone who:

Communicates effectively with a wide range of clients, families, and professionals
Enjoys both team collaboration and working independently
Embraces new challenges and learning opportunities

Has experience with or strong interest in the NDIS and Aged Care systems
Loves the community setting and enjoys time on the road between clients
Is detail-oriented and takes pride in advocating for clients through reports

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration + insurance
A passion for high-quality service delivery
Strong communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently while receiving direct & indirect support
Strong organisational skills
Excellent time management skills
Own car and current driver’s license
CPR/ First aid (or willingness to obtain)
Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID vaccinations (up to date)
Eligible to work permanently in Australia
