Meet The Team

Sarah Higgs - Owner / Lead Physiotherapist

Sarah Higgs is the founder & director of Sarah’s Physio To Go and Sarah’s Moto Physio To Go. Being a very passionate physiotherapist it was in her nature to create a convenient and unique physiotherapy service that is able to help so many people- not just those in her hometown of the Gold Coast.

Health, fitness and injury rehabilitation has always been a huge priority and fascination. Alongside her love for outdoor sports- especially motocross, she knew early on she was destined to create a business to help and educate people to become pain free and to excel in their sport of choice without any barriers.

With this big goal in mind, she hung up her motocross boots to commence a Physiotherapy degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor of Exercise Science (Pre Physio) and a Masters of Physiotherapy degree.

Tiana Bowyer - Manager / Remedial Masseuse

Tiana Bowyer joined Sarah’s Physio To Go and Sarah’s Moto Physio To Go casually as a trackside receptionist part time in 2020- you may of seen her from time to time at events. Becoming a full time team member in December 2020, as the Office Manager and Remedial Masseuse. Having a background of Veterinary Nursing, her caring and nurturing nature easily welcomes her into the new position as helping people live to their best ability- pain free is a strong passion of hers.

Tiana is passionate about educating people about self care and the importance of relaxation to improve mindset, which we know controls all aspects of our lives. This is why completing her certificate of relaxation massage was a must. Tiana has the view of further massage studies to help motocross riders trackside with more deep tissue work to improve their performance on the bike.

She is excited to get to know everyone and can’t wait to continue to grow whilst enhancing her physio skills so she can provide the best physio service ensuring everyone reaches their full potential and can recover and return to their sports and hobbies they enjoy.

Jenna - Travelling Clinic Dog!

Jenna is a Cattle Dog X who is our team’s travelling clinic dog! She enjoys visiting and meeting our clients where she can- usually by saying a quick hello then residing back to relax mode by the clinic. Sometimes she likes to hang around for a bit of a play and loves a quick swim! You’ll mostly find Jenna at the Gold Coast Wake park, some trackside events and some home visits- only when appropriate.
