My physio is awesome. We have done both land work and water. When I was in hospital for 3 months they cared about what was happening to me. Monique makes sure I don’t slack.. she really knows how to ensure I reach my goals. They are the best physio company I have been involved with.

Monique has done a wonderful job of rehabilitating my physical self. My first visit from Monique we were expecting to do the session from my bed but I managed to make it downstairs. 6 weeks later I’m walking the driveway unaided. Monique is so encouraging, amazing support and has the ability to know my needs…..before I do. I so thankful for our time together.

Honestly, if I could write it in the sky I would. Sarah and her team are amazing. Next. Level. Amazing! From customer service through to the actual in person sessions. So incredible. I have been involved in all things disability space since my daughter was born 9.5 years ago. We have met a lot of therapists during this time (including not just privately but school, the hospital system and pre NDIS with DSQ) and without a doubt, Sarah shines brighter than them all. Not only does she absolutely have a knowledge base beyond measure but her patience, understanding and ability to realise not all cookies are cut the same is phenomenal. My daughter needed Sarah sooner but I only knew, what I knew at the time. I didn’t realise she was missing out on so much until we started with Sarah. Sarah took her time with our daughter over many sessions to allow her time for them to get to know each other. To understand my daughters needs (not just from a physio standpoint but an emotional level) and give her the space she needed to adjust. We went from years of prior physio sessions with my daughter having complete melt downs and not learning anything, to her now being ready and knowing the routine. She is significantly intellectually delayed and yet she knows ‘Sarah’s here’ means it’s time to ‘work’ and will roll over to her, cuddle her and normally immediately try to initiate our exercises. As a Mum, it means so much to me that she is finally getting the very necessary therapy required but! just as importantly, enjoying it. Sarah and her team has impressed me so much I have started physio for myself for a prior injury and also as of recent had my Mum start with her. I too am also getting amazing results which I have not had in the past. So just within our space here, Sarah is across our daughters disability, my back injury and my Mum’s knee and ankle injury. Truly a wealth of knowledge. Not to mention on top of all this, she’s one of the most caring humans we’ve met. My only regret is I wish we had found her sooner. I clearly would highly recommend anyone needing any form of physio to make an appointment! 10/10!

Staff were very experienced and helpful excellent customer service. I was asked plenty of questions in order for my treatment to be the right one for me. I found that the staff were very knowledgeable and able to help me with my injury. I was provided my own personal recovery plan to ensure I am able to gain full strength and fitness. Overall experience was amazing. Highly recommended for any and all injuries. The best service experience and staff.
