Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Here at Sarah’s Physio To Go, our team values and supports the health and well-being of our community, both our clients and our therapists along with your time and ours. Our cancellation policy was introduced to respect and prioritise both your time and our therapist’s time to maintain an effective working environment where we can keep helping people towards their goals in the most efficient and productive way we can.

Need to reschedule?

We understand that things pop up in everyday life and you may not be able to make your appointment, and this is okay.  If this is the case, please call us on 0428 880 197 to reschedule your appointment.  Please give as much notice as you can to ensure we can see those who are waiting for an appointment. 

Cancellation fees apply for minimal notice or no show appointments.  

We appreciate  and respect your time, as we hope you do ours.
